Originele teksten voor de bedrijfswebsite met ondersteunende originele foto’s en video-presentatie. Wij zijn allemaal wettelijk verplicht om hieraan te voldoen. Maar doen we dat ook? Helaas blijkt dat het kopieergedrag meer regel dan uitzondering is. Dat gaat snel veranderen. Blokken tekst even lenen van de conculega om op de “eigen” website plaatsen met minimale aanpassingen. Even die sterke foto zonder toestemming downloaden ook voor plaatsingsdoeleinden op de “eigen” website. De actuele productvideo die past zeker ook goed op de “eigen” website. We laten bij voorkeur anderen betalen om vervolgens deze data op illegale wijze zo goedkoop mogelijk binnen te halen voor “eigen” voordeel. Is dat hetgeen wat we willen? Als we zelf slachtoffer worden van deze illegale praktijken…wat dan. Vreemd genoeg merken we het in eerste instantie niet. Tot het moment dat het wel aan licht komt. Dan begint de twijfel en vervolgens de strijd. Bent u zeker van uw website bestanden? Zijn ze niet illegaal te kopiëren? Ben u hier echt helemaal zeker van?
